The essentials, clearly explained.
10-unit package: valid for 4 months. 20-unit package: valid for 6 months, starting from the first lesson, arranged within 30 days of purchase.
Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice is subject to availability. Lessons are normally charged with less notice. The free exceptional reschedule policy remains to be defined.
No-show: charged unless an exception is granted. Learner lateness: the lesson ends as planned. Teacher lateness: missing time is made up or credited.
Teacher cancellation: reschedule or replacement, with no deduction for an undelivered lesson. Where lessons can no longer be provided, undelivered services are refunded under approved terms.
Packages may be shared between children in the same family on the same tariff. Lessons remain individual. Switching delivery mode requires a manually agreed financial adjustment.
Extensions apply for teacher unavailability. Family illness or exceptional circumstances: by request and company agreement.
The first lesson is paid. No first-lesson refund guarantee or 48-hour scheduling commitment is advertised at this stage.
Payment after validation by bank transfer to the company or an external secure payment link. No payment or card data is collected on this site.
